Filmed in Michigan over a very short period of time in the up most coldest days one can remember, -40 with the wind chill, but the true reality of the movie comes to life.  Ryan Davey Producer/Director/Writer, pulls off magic very quickly using Michigan landscape and Michigan actors. With a chilling storyline, and great actors, this film will surprise you! A major motion film and now available on Amazon, Netflix, Youtube and Streaming, check it out!

 
YEA had a great time being a part of this production and all who were involved. Ryan Davey’s film techniques come shining through. The cast and crew dedication to this film was remarkable and such a pleasure to work with!  What’s next Ryan?  Michigan again!

MI Butterfly Pageant

We created a design competition thats supports local colleges and charities with the theme of “Transformation”

Butterfly Effect

More than three years in the works, YEA wanted to produce a competition for all graduating designers in Michigan.  Central University, Western University and Michigan State, all wanted in! The competition was in Ready to Wear and Couture with the theme as “Butterfly Effect” (transformation). 

The event was held on February 08, 2020, 6 pm, at the Detroit Zoo Wildlife Interpretive Butterfly Gallery. The designs were awesome!  The event was so beautiful and so much fun. Western University won overall first prize with designer Carley McKay. 

From the judging in the am, to the reception party, then the competition, to the afterglow and photoshoot, what a night to remember!  Michigan has some great designers hitting the market. Let’s keep them in business here!

Thanks to the Board Members, the Professors at the Universities, the VIP Judges, the YEA cast and crew, the designers, our professional models, makeup artist and hair stylist, the photographers and videographers, a moment in time we will all remember.

Hoping this can turn into an annual event!

FEMALE VOICE OVER WORK!

New Casting Opportunity – Paying – Adult Female Voice over Talent:

YEA is looking to cast a female voice to narrate two videos for a small Michigan company:

  • One 30-second video
  • One 2-minute video

These videos will be utilized for web use only (primarily for the client’s website and digital marketing needs).

 

Project timeline: We will finalize casting early next week and would like to record late next week. 

 

Tone: These are infographic style videos with a target audience being homeowners. We’d like our narration to be approachable, trustworthy, and above all clear. The videos are explaining a new business concept, so the ability to communicate information clearly utilizing the right cadence is key!

 

Where the recording will take place: TBD – Possibly from home! 

 

How to submit: To audition for the role please send a recording of yourself reading the following excerpt from the  script  by this Friday, April 3rd at 10:00 am. Send recordings to KimSimpson@yeagency.com

Each applicant should provide 2 different readings of the excerpt, each one having its own variation.

TWO DAY Commitment to the Novi Bridal Show! All sizes, ethnicty, and ages welcome to apply!

Time: Hair and Makeup start times will be announced, but you can plan for starting around 9 am, show ending around 4/5 pm both days.

Location: Novi Suburban Showplace

Compensation: Based on experience, $14 for non certified, $18 for certified models

Needed  male and female Models holding shopping bags from the MNS in locations all over Detroit and surrounding communities!  We want to represent Shopping for great MI products!

Attire: Casual and business casual
