“Project X” Casting Call for Male Child Actors

Casting 12-16 Year Old Kids for Musical

Casting two young male actors for the musical, “Project X”. Talent must be in driving distance from Berkley, MI and willing to make a commitment. Rehearsals are typically on Thursdays from 4:00pm to 6:00pm and Saturdays from 1:00pm to 3:00pm.

Plot:

“Project X” is a new musical centering around 4 teenagers entering Middle School. Realizing that Middle School isn’t just about what it appears to be, they scramble to fit in and lose track of what’s really important. This show tackles difficult subjects such as Popularity, Peer Pressure, Betrayal and Staying True to Yourself. Now, they must make a choice between the Friends they always wanted-or the Friends they’ve always had.

This smash hit musical premiered November 10th to audience approval, and went on to play to 80 people. This is a teen written show. By themselves, these teens have assembled a 9 person cast with 5 original songs with dance, and have been featured in the news several times and have been recognized by Broadway stars. The show has been a great success, with Standing Ovations both nights. From 7 to 70 year olds, “Project X” warms the heart and captures each audience member it encounters. People laugh, cry and applaud at this musical. This show is entirely original.

Available Roles:

  • Brenton: (Lead role) Male, ages 12-15. After being betrayed from his best friend, Brenton is determined to win back Max’s friendship. Although geeky, gets tons of laughs; funny. (Must sing and act well and have limited dance ability.)
  • Ricky: (Lead role) Male, ages 12-16. The cool guy of KBS. Suave, slick and smooth-Ricky uses Max, the lead, to do stuff for him while he gets enjoyment out of it. Trish, the female lead is in love with Ricky, but the feeling is not mutual. Must be handsome and at least 5-4. (Must sing and act well and have limited dance ability.)
  • Scott: (ensemble role) one of Ricky’s friends. Handsome, fresh-faced and loyal to Ricky.

“CK 42” Casting Principal Actors & PA’s

Casting Call for Feature Length Film

“CK 42″ is a feature film shooting in Oxford, MI from March 19th to March 26th, 2012. The science fiction genre film follows Christopher Knight as he attempts to decipher the key to his freedom in a mysterious object given to him by his captors. What he discovers transcends far beyond his own freedom.

Available Roles:

  • CK: Male. Caucasian. Late 25-35 yrs. 5’10”-6’3”. Muscular, lean handsome. For being such a strong and imposing military figure (possibly special forces), CK has significant emotional depth. This role requires a strong character actor with a great look.
  • OLIVIA: Female. (Caucasian, Latino, Asian American). 21-32 yrs. 5’2” – 5’11”. Attractive, almost model’esque’ body type. This beautiful character plays a pivotal role as she gains CK’s trust. Not only does she gain his trust, he affects her deeply with his level of humanity and kindness. However, she nearly destroys him, when he finds out about her betrayal.
  • GIANT: Male. African American. 25-60 yrs. 6’4” and taller. Heavy Set (Muscular or Big & Tall). This tall, dark, menacing figure must portray emotion excellently. As the film opens, he is seen as stoic brut, used by the INTERROGATOR to accomplish his bidding. As the film progresses, the softer side surfaces and the audience will connect with the person inside this mass of a man.
  • INTERROGATOR: Male. Open Ethnicity. Late 30s. 5’10” – 6’0”. Average body type. Cool, almost cold, callous, meticulous, level headed. INTERROGATOR is responsible for getting CK to reveal what he knows about this mysterious object.
  • WIFE: Female. 25-40 yrs. Caucasian. 5’6” – 5’11” Beautiful. During the film, CK continually has memory flashes of his wife and child.
  • CHILD: Female. 8-12 yrs. Caucasian. CK’s cute little daughter for memory flashes.

Chris and Bianca will have to work together in order to survive in the world of talent. Through all the drama, this series is full of love, laughter, friendships, and non stop fun.   • Raquell Moore: African American, early 20′s. An outgoing and very outspoken woman. Raquell is not afraid to say the first thing that comes to mind, she speaks the “truth” she is Bianca’s best friend of 7 years ; Insecure

Recurring Roles:

  • Jason: Caucasian. Manager of the modeling agency. Very Sarcastic but a very down to earth cool boss. Jason is one manager that you not only love to work for but you will want to work for him. Very clean and clean cut guy. Jason loves his suits.

  • John: Caucasian. Employee at the modeling agency. Jason is not your average guy, he’s funny and he is fun to be around. He is the jokester in the agency. He’s one character that everyone will grow to love.

  • Carla: Caucasian. Mean Spirited, and sarcastic lovable person. She is very blunt and tries everything in her power to sabotage RAQUELL.

  • Claire: African American. Uppity, judgmental, Model at the agency. Claire is very over dramatic and she make sure that if she isn’t happy then no one is.

YEA Exclusive: Ad Campaign Photoshoot

Calling all Models:

Special photo shoot taking place on Feb. 11, 2012 @ our studios located at 28389 Beck Rd., Unit J-2, Wixom, MI 48393

Time: 3pm – 6pm

 

Models must come prepped and ready for the shoot. We will do just the final touches here before shoot.

 

Attire: In our professional black attire, ladies: Pencil skirts, fitted T or tank, black high heels.  Bring some accessories, blk hat, blk jacket, scarfs, sunglasses,  long necklaces, etc. Men: Black dress pant, black dress shoes, Black fitting T’s ,tank, or dress shirt. Bring some accessories like sunglasses, blk leather jackets, dress coat, hats, scarfs, etc. Show some style, bring some things to mix it up a bit.

 

This is going to be a high-key shoot, white on white, with all black attire. These maybe black & white photo’s ultimately, not sure yet. I want to use these to advertise the businesses and you guys! I want to show everyone who we are…U!  This is not a paid shoot, sorry.  This one is for us, so I am looking for some really good pic’s for us to use. I want to use these to advertise us everywhere!!
