A Grand Rapids-based feature film is casting a male actor to play a Heckler at a comedy club. You must be available on Sunday, November 13th, from approx. 7:00pm to 9:00pm at Mulligan’s Pub in Grand Rapids, MI.

• Heckler: (Male, open ethnicity, age 21-45) The part is of a heckler at a comedy club. You’ll be called on stage, prompted to do a joke better than the comedian, then slugged in the face with the mic stand.

• Rolf:(Male, 20-30) Lunas’ partner, he is relaxed and enjoys their current job. He is also a veteran and follows Lunas into battle without question. (Acting experience needed)

• Tarkus: (Male 20-30) A bounty hunter of few words. Carries a large rifle. Large build.

Casting Call for “Dark Night of the Pumpkinman”

Upcoming horror sequel to “Dark Night of the Pumpkinman” is casting two female actors for the following roles. Director Britton Stebbins needs people who can act. He is looking for intense people that work fast. If the acting is not good, the movie will fail. Please respond if you are serious. The movie has some profanity and no nudity. Auditions will be held Friday, November 11th and Saturday, November 12th in Rochester, MI. This is not a union position. Most of the movie has been shot. The prostitute and neighbor scenes will be shot between November 14th and November 18th.

Plot:

The concluding sequel to the low-budget thriller “Dark Night of the Pumpkinman” released in 2011. The small Midwestern town of Rockford is still haunted by the series of unknown killings in the area. Previous protagonist Jim Trumbull mysteriously disappeared last Halloween only trying to find enough evidence of who killed his sister seventeen years prior. Now the one and remaining sibling Teri has locked into the real killer that has been terrorizing Rockford for years. Consequently she might not be aware of who she is up against. Will Teri solve the greatest mystery in years and be ready when the killer strikes? Or will her naivety cost her her life?
