Casting Female Actress for Indie Film

“The Devil of the Desert Sands”, an independent film currently shooting in and around Jackson, Michigan, is looking to cast a female mercenary. Role may lead to additional work in future productions we have in development. Actor chosen must be available for rehearsals as well as shooting dates.

Auditions will be held in downtown Jackson, Michigan. Rehearsals will also be held in downtown Jackson on Wednesdays from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Filming is currently done almost exclusively on Sundays, and usually lasts from about 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or until wrap. Tentative shooting dates are Sunday, August 14 & Sunday, August 21 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Available Roles:

• Mercenary: Female, age 25-40, open ethnicity, PMC.

NOTE: PMC = Private Military Contractor, but not necessarily dressed in military clothes.

Compensation:

This role is for credit only. No pay, expenses, or other compensation is being offered at this time.
