Casting Call for Low Budget Film

Motor City Nightmares Film Festival

Casting actors/actresses for a scary movie for Motor City Nightmares Film Festival in April. I am an amateur film maker and this will be my first movie. I’m trying to find interested actors/actresses and hoping to start auditions in early November 2011. Auditions and shooting will take place in Lansing, MI.

Available Roles:

  • Ghost: Caucasian, female, age 25-40. Slender body type. (Just a few words)

  • Waitress: Caucasian, female, age 25-40. (about 3 paragraphs on lines)

  • 3-4 Hunters:Male, age 25-40. No specific body type is needed for the hunters, but the ideal actors must be fit enough to trek through woods for a short time if needed. This is a “blair witch” style film. One of the male roles will be primarily speaking and will almost never be seen on camera. The ability to speak and articulate well is necessary for this role.

Compensation:

This is a low budget film and I don’t have much money to offer, but I’m willing to negotiate something for the right actors/actresses.
